“How do I place an order?”
Select the style/size you desire, enter customization if applicable and after adding the items to your cart you can complete your order using credit card or PayPal.
"I made a mistake in the shipping address. Can I change it?"
You can contact us by phone or email and provide the correct address and we can do so if your order hasn’t been processed (if we haven’t received your tracking number).
"I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?"
Your will only have 24 hours to contact us by email or phone in order to make any adjustments on you order (address changes and size changes only). Please notice that this will be manual adjustments that will not be reflected on your original invoice. If you need to change the style ordered or add additional items, we will ask you to cancel the original order and place a new one.
"There was a design on your site but now I can't find it. Do you still have it?"
Yes, although not all our products will always be available for purchase, in case that you missed one style you can contact our customer care team providing as many details as possible so we can get that product published again so you can complete your order!
"Can I apply a coupon code to my order after it has already been placed?"
No. We do not offer retroactive discounts towards an order you've already placed.
"How can I exchange or return something?"

"I received the incorrect item. What do I do?"
If for some reason you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us by email, provide your order number and we will instruct you on how to move forward in ensuring that you receive the correct product.
