IMPORTANT NOTE: If a product is customized it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

“Can I return something?”

You’ll have 60 days to return a product if it is not customized. We will gladly accept a product back under the following conditions.

  • Item received damage or defective
  • Item received with wrong personalization (different from the one you have requested)
  • Item does not fit and it is not personalized (please refer to the product size chart before placing an order)

“Can I exchange something?”

Please contact us within the first 48 hours after receiving your product for any exchange request.

All our items are produced on demand; therefore, we might accept an item back in exchange for a different size, however, you will be asked to pay for shipping back the original item and the replacement shipping cost as well. Take into consideration that it may take to 15 days for you to receive the replacement item and that this is a one-time per style procedure.

“Where can I send the item(s) back?”

Please contact us by email or phone to request a return authorization number. Once you have it please fill the form that your received along with your product(s). If you do not have it, you can download one here.

 Please send the items unwashed, unworn and with the original hang tags attached. As soon as we received them at our warehouse, we will gladly issue a refund applied to the original payment method
